At MDM Super Market, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy lasts 7 days for eligible items. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup. We’ll either:

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo evidence of the damage, if applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for expensive items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
